AUDIT AND TAX, s.r.o. is a Czech auditing and consultancy company, represented by one auditor and four tax advisers who possess broad background and experience within the sphere of audit and tax advisory services. Since 1993 the auditor and the tax staff likewise participated in audits of a number of companies. Our current client base includes a mix of private and public sector clients with organisations in various fields of industry, large conglomerates, middle-sized and small business sized companies. Having several external colleagues and working with experts in valuation of assets and lawyers enables us to provide wide range of
services.
All service is provided by an experienced team of workers comprising an auditor, tax advisers and assistant auditors. Our main objective is to provide high quality auditing services, tax and economic guidance and business counselling leading to a full satisfaction of our valued clients. Besides providing advisory services personally at the place of the client’s office we can also provide you with our assistance via phone, fax or e-mail.
AUDIT AND TAX, s.r.o.’s creed is to preserve high professional level together with respecting the International Standards on Auditing (ISA) and relevant application clauses issued by the Czech Republic’s Chamber of Auditors. Czech national directives for auditing are prepared based on the international auditing standards stipulated by the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC) and they are adjusted with regards to the valid acts on accountancy and audit performance in the Czech Republic, particularly the Commercial Code, the Accounting Act and the Act on
Auditors.

We are committed to keep the information we collect either through registration or from our clients, submitting their inquiries, private and secure. We will not misuse it and we will not provide it to any unrelated third parties. This statement refers to all information labelled confidential either in accordance with Section 17 of the Commercial Code, being a business secrete, or in accordance with Section 101/2000 Coll., being personal data.
Members of our company’s team who process the clients’ questions are not to be regarded as third parties, in other words we may share information within our company. Thus such handling can not be regarded as a failure to keeping our clients’ information confidential.
The obligation of confidentiality does not apply to the cases specified by the law-imposed obligation of the hindering from and announcing of a crime that has been committed. Nevertheless the information disclosed in this manner will be qualified as confidential (personal data).
